Shipping update:
All orders will be shipped out within 72 hours from time of transaction. Shipping days are: Monday -Thursday for *FedEx & USPS. Orders placed after shipping time frame, will go out on the next business day. *** Holiday shipping may go over the 72 hours. All orders are processed and shipped according to date placed. *No FedEx to Alaska.
Customer Satisfaction
For over 30 years we have stood by every product we sell. Each order is shipped from our family owned store in Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i. Extra care is taken with perishable products and if you are not satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will correct the situation. We ship via the following providers and schedule:
USPS Priority Mail – Ships out Monday-Thursday.
FedEx 2 Day- Ships out Monday – Thursday.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately via telephone at
(808)329-6055 or via email at cookies@konacookies.com. All sales are final unless order problems/issues are confirmed by Mrs. Barry’s Kona Cookies, at its sole discretion, to be actionable. In such cases, Mrs. Barry’s Kona Cookies will issue a full or partial refund for items purchased through the Website. All order problem/issue inquiries must be received within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Mahalo!
Food Allergies
Many of our products contain or may come into contact with common food allergens, including eggs, milk, wheat, soy, peanuts and/or tree nuts. Mrs. Barry’s Kona Cookies is not an allergen-free environment. Although not all of our products contain food allergens, all of our products are baked or prepared in an environment where eggs, milk/dairy, butter, wheat, soy, peanuts and/or tree nuts are present. Due to the presence of such food allergens at all of our locations, we do not recommend consuming any of our products if you are allergic to such food allergens.
